2. Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the platform:
- Account information — your mobile number, name, and email address (if provided)
- Delivery addresses — locations you save for order delivery
- Order history — items ordered, stores, timestamps, and order values
- Payment tokens — we never store card numbers; payment processors handle all card data
- Device information — device type, OS version, and app version for troubleshooting
- Location data — only when you use the app actively, to match you with nearby stores and delivery partners
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process and deliver your orders
- To send order status notifications (SMS, push notifications)
- To resolve disputes and provide customer support
- To improve the platform based on usage patterns (anonymised)
- To send promotional offers — you can opt out at any time in Profile → Notifications
- To comply with legal obligations under Indian law
4. Sharing Your Information
We share limited data only where necessary:
- Delivery partners — your name, phone number, and delivery address so they can complete your order
- Vendors — your order details (not personal contact information) to prepare your order
- Payment processors — transaction data to process payments securely
- Franchise operators — city-level aggregate data only; no individual personal data
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to advertisers or third-party marketers.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order history is retained for 3 years for legal and accounting compliance. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Your Rights
Under Indian data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (via Profile → Settings → Delete Account)
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
